Yes. Beta read-only support for .kdbx databases was added in KeePassDroid 1.5. 

Do you support Twofish encrypted .kdb files?

No.

Do you support reading from or exporting to any other formats?

No, but you can probably use the desktop version of KeePass to convert between these formats.

Do you support automated syncing of databases with another device?

The android Dropbox app provides a great way to do this synchronization between desktops and your phone.
